World Trick Shot Day

World Trick Shot Day is annually on the first Tuesday of December. This holiday is created for everyone who loves to show off their basketball skills and demonstrate that the limits are only in our heads. Join in the fun!

History

The holiday was founded by the Harlem Globetrotters, an American basketball team that dates back to 1920. Initially, they were considered one of the strongest clubs in the United States. Since the 1950s, however, the mission of the Harlem Globetrotters shifted towards showmanship, striving to create interesting and entertaining tricks to wow the public.
