World Quality Day

World Quality Day is celebrated every year on the second Thursday of the last autumn month.in 2022, it falls on November 10th. This holiday is intended to raise awareness among private entrepreneurs, organizations and companies of the high-quality standards needed to achieve financial well-being and prosperity. The first World Quality Day was held in London in 2008, and it has since become an annual event.

History

The Certified Institute for Quality determines a new theme for the holiday each year, such as “Sustainability – how to improve products and people” or “Creating value for customers”. This institute was founded in 1919 and is a professional body whose activities are aimed at improving the quality of goods, products and services. It currently has more than 20,000 members and is the only organization in the world which has the right to award the status of “Chartered Quality Specialist”. It also controls the International Register of Certified Auditors.

One of the Institute’s tasks is to work with organizations and the manufacturer to improve the quality of products. World Quality Day was first held on November 13, 2008 in London.

• The quality management system has four fundamental components: quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement.
