History
The historical homeland of the dessert is France. Unfortunately, the author of this dish could not be found, but it appeared to the general public in 1894. Initially, the treat was prepared from whipped cream, sugar and vanilla, sometimes egg whites were added here. The composition was poured into special forms and sent to the freezer.
French cuisine spread all over the world, parfait reached Europe and America. We met it with love, but made adjustments to the recipe: for example, they made it from ice cream with the addition of fruits, chocolate, nuts, yogurt … The chip was visible in the serving, distinguished by its unusual aesthetics! Wine glasses and glasses for this were rubbed to a shine.
