National Potty Dance Day

National Potty Dance Day is an annual American celebration of potty dancing. Yes, yes, exactly those fancy moves when our bladder is full and we’re trying to neatly make it to the coveted room. The unusual holiday is celebrated on March 5.

History

In general, the National Potty Dance Day celebration is aimed at getting your child accustomed to the potty. When your child wants to go to the bathroom, he will show it with different body movements. It is these that can be called a kind of dance. It is not known who suggested the creation of the holiday, but its fun nature led to the widespread adoption of National Potty Dance Day.

Also of note is the great role of Huggies, the company that makes diapers for children. They popularized the potty dance in their promotional campaigns and even wrote a song for it. This promotional move not only increased demand for diapers from the manufacturer, but also popularized National Potty Dance Day.

Interesting facts
